That's us.

Foundation Water Group was built by third-generation water well drillers. We didn't come to this industry through a spreadsheet or a market analysis. We came through years of early mornings, muddy boots, and the kind of hard-won knowledge that only comes from doing the work yourself. We know what it takes to build a drilling company — and we know what it costs.

Over the years, we watched something happen across our industry. The people who built these businesses — the ones who knew every aquifer in their county, who had customers calling them by first name, who trained the next generation of drillers — started running out of road. Retirement came. Health changed. The next generation went a different direction. And too often, those businesses ended up in the hands of people who didn't understand them, didn't value them, and didn't protect what made them great.

We decided to do something about that.

Foundation Water Group exists to give those businesses — and the people who built them — a better option. We acquire and partner with water well drilling and pump service companies across the region, and we do it the way we'd want it done if the roles were reversed: with honesty, with respect, and with a genuine commitment to preserving what matters.
